Our Philanthropic Philosophy

Blumberg Capital Partners is a strong supporter of philanthropic endeavors that help teach the less advantaged to help themselves. Offering these skills, necessary to be self-sufficient members of society, is more valuable and lasting than just meeting the present needs of individuals. Putting beliefs into practice, Blumberg Capital Partners makes donations each year to various civic organizations, colleges and philanthropic groups, primarily in South Florida.

Through Blumberg Capital Partners, Phillip Blumberg also recently launched a program to support select institutions involved in environmental issues. One example is his support of the Center for International Environmental Law. In announcing the donation to CIEL, he noted that environmental issues are now extending well beyond the social sphere and are registering on the business community. "We're keen to be part of the effort to align commercial real estate to environmental needs," said Philip Blumberg.
